New Price...……..

Look and research what the HD branded Zumo 660 offers over the Garmin 660. This comes with LIFETIME map updates also.

Rick, I can't believe that no one with a later model Glide hasn't jumped on this yet.
Brand new The Zumo Road Tech 660 cost over $700 Clams.
I have one on My 2012 Custom that I purchased in 2009 and I won't leave home without it.
If I didn't already have one I'd be all over this.
Best of Luck Bro!

I got jumped on by a lot of people telling me I was asking to much for and that Nav on their phones was FREE. I haven't tried it with my new phone but a few years ago leaving my phone in the sun would make it overheat and turn off. It was one of the reasons I bought the Road Tech. Younger people are more tech savvy but I don't think the phones should be in the sun.

And then there is others who try to say they can buy a regular Garmin 660 for cheaper. I now you couldn't load the dealer list to the standard 660 before but I don't know about now. And you can't setup your bike to hear the directions thru the radio unless it is a Road Tech.

speaking as the devil's advocate, i use my iPhone X for most of my directions. i do have a 'standard' garmin as well that i use occasionally and sometimes in tandem with my phone for directions on really long hauls. with my phone, i have multiple apps to choose from for directions (and they all have a 'Home' feature) plus the Harley App with the Ride Planner. being able to build a ride/trip online and have it seamlessly on my phone for directions has proven more useful. once you get used to the ride planner, it's a much better tool than the garmin planner. plus the Harley app has all the dealerships built into it already as well as gas stations, restaurants, hotels, POIs, etc. i've been using my phone for directions for years and have never experienced it overheat from the sun, though i always use a case.

i'm not trying to make a case against having a road tech. it's just not how i like to roll. plus, i have two pre-rushmore glides and it's way easier to have one device that is super easy to use on either that i'll already be carrying with the minimal amount of mounts and cables.

i wish you only the best of luck selling your Road Tech.

As I said I have not tried it in more than 5 years but my phone would get too hot sitting on my tank and would then shutdown. Maybe newer phones don't.

You can use HD Ride Planner and put the GPX file into your Garmin or Road Tech also. And as I said before some people like using their phones now instead of a dedicated GPS unit. But there are still some of us who would rather use a stand alone GPS. One of those reasons is that these GPS units are weather proof while many phones are not. So if you ride in the rain this can be a issue with your phone but not with the Road Tech. I'm happy that it works for you and think it is great. I'd still rather have a GPS but it has taken me 10 years to start using my phone to take pictures with.

Great looking bikes also.

I use a case on my iPhone and I have experienced it getting hot and shutting down a few times here in FL. I wouldn't mind getting this RoadTech but there are a couple of other things on my list first. I have the infotainment system but trying to enter addresses on that thing is just too stupid slow. Unless I'm doing it wrong. I will use it for some preset destination but when I have to enter the address I just use the phone as I absolutely hate the HD Nav.
