B-17

I know it's a short notice. They have a B-17 at Don Scott Air Field in Columbus until sunday. We are going to try to get down there this afternoon.

I toured the Collins Foundation's B17 and B24 that were in Bangor a few years ago. I was struck by how small the crew spaces were to get around inside the aircraft. Pretty sure the crews were not 6' and 275 lbs like me.

I reject your reality, and replace it with my own..

The B17 & B24 were about an half hour away selling rides at the show a few years back..$400 a person took my Dad and we were part of the crew for a twenty minute ride in the ONLY flying 24 in the world.Great experience, pricing but well worth it.
