Inspirational video for wide-bodys

A friend sent this to me, it just shows what's possible with some persistence discipline and a little bit of exercise. Hope it might serve as a bit of inspiration for someone here.

Northwoods, I'm glad you posted this. I've been using DDPYoga for a couple of months. If I told you all what I think of it, I'd be accused of being a fanboy at the very least.

I'll tell you this, I've got some fairly significant lower back problems and since I've been doing this program, my back is pain free for the first time in 8 years. That is HUGE for me, as I'd resigned myself to the fact that I simply can't do the things that I used to. Stretching, Yoga, calisthenics, clean eating, etc has changed all of that.

I encourage you to look into it. Great stuff.
