Running and Walking

H Guys!!!
Running and walking is really good for health. Everyone should walk at least minutes in a day. Run for a short time period and then take a walk break, such as 1 minute running and 7 minute walking.I keeps you active, reduce many diseases and make your body parts strong.

I envy you, I loved running when I could but a couple of degenerative disks in my neck put an end to the pounding. I do walk a lot still. Enjoy the sport!

Me also do jogging and running in my routine workout as the best fitness exercise to maintain my fitness level and manage my weight within a healthy limit. I daily spend 40 minutes on jogging and running, i think it's enough if I do it regularly.

I like walking with my dog every morning. It is a good idea. Though, I'm a bit curious to know more about this latest app for walking. Looks good too!

Old thread but no worries. All the new smart phones have a health app built in that tracks your walks/runs/stairs etc. What phone are you using?

That is awesome - I’m jealous! Started running in my late 40’s to try to avoid my father’s heart bypasses. Loved it. Qualified for Boston the last time at 60. Will be 64 in June. Cross your fingers for me though. I started a type of heart afib problem they said was induced by running too much. Getting an ablation next week that should get things beating right again. Then 3 months off & back at it!

Keep on keeping on!

Thanks for posting up this app.

I'm trying to take care of myself a little better now that I'm almost 55 years young.

I just stopped smoking cold turkey after smoking 2 packs a day for years.

I'm 6 weeks without a puff of a cig and have no plans on turning back.

It's not easy to quit, a real ball buster for sure, but I have to say I do feel a lot better.

I can't run anymore do to bad knees but my wife and I are now walling our dogs every night now and I just downloaded this app.

Thanks Again, were digging this app.
