My favorite breakfast, been eating it for years.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (0% fat)
1 TBS homemade strawberry preserves
handful of fresh blueberries
mix it all together, add 1/2 cup of granola cereal. Or spoon over 3/4 cup of old fashion oatmeal.
Greek yogurt is very high in protein, fresh blue berries are very high in antioxidants, and the whole grains will keep you feeling full all morning.
