My favorite breakfast, been eating it for years.

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (0% fat)
1 TBS homemade strawberry preserves
1 banana
handful of fresh blueberries
mix it all together, add 1/2 cup of granola cereal. Or spoon over 3/4 cup of old fashion oatmeal.

Greek yogurt is very high in protein, fresh blue berries are very high in antioxidants, and the whole grains will keep you feeling full all morning.

Panic, chaos, disorder, my work is done here.

I always prefer to natural and organic foods rather than junk and processed foods to make my diet plan more healthy and nutritious. Natural and organic diet plan provide me more vitamins, mineral, and nutrition for a healthy life.

Glad for the bump. This looks like a good start for the day.

Once I make up my mind, I'm full of indecision.

My diet includes protein, fish and more of fruits and vegetables. I make it sure also that I drink a lot of water.

Just had a large bag of sun chips and a half pound of salami for dinner. Guess I should have read this first.
