Am I the only one?

Other than humidity ie Rain and inclement weather causing me to hurt real bad, does anyone have issues with moon phases? Each week just prior to a full moon and a few days after all my joints and legs hurt severely. I don't sleep weeks on end. I'm trying gluten free as much as possible to see if this helps but so far not much, however I am dropping some pounds.

Do you wake up the next morning with your clothes in shreads! And have a increased dislike for cats? Sorry couldn't resist. Do you take a good omega supplement fish oil and glucosamine.I have used a juice called MonaVie it realy helps with joint pain!

Its not gluten, trust me I know because my wife is allergic to it. And yes cutting gluten will drop your weight. She(my wife) lost about 20+ pounds in the last year. What the problem your experiencing is a derivative to the moons gravitational pull on the earth. It sounds like you have a hypersensitivity and I would consultant a joint specialist. If all else fails, a herbalist or acupuncturist may be an alternative.

I should have elaborated more. The moon effect is causing a pressure change which is your joint culprit. Does you work out or walk or anything? The old saying, " if you don't use it, you'll lose it" is true. Try some doctor consultation and maybe some light joint maneuvers to help eliminate the stress.

Frodoe try a Fish Oil supplement somewhere near 1500 mgs. It works miracles for joints and heart health. Give it a few weeks but it will definitely help.

I have tried almost everything including the fish oil, acupuncture etc....
Dr's are on me all the time they want me taking more pain meds. My level is off the charts, fiber myalgia, degenerate disc, arachnidist (hand like scar tissue around spin) arthritis and the list goes on. I'm just looking for that wholistic thing someone else has tried and is working. (By the way I don't and won't chant and swing a dead cat over my head)
