Smile Stereo Faceplate

Does anyone know how to remove (and re-install) the stereo faceplate on the '11 RGU? I am adding an anti-reflective film to the gauges and stereo, and this will be a neater install if mounted on the screen, underneath the face plate.

Thanks for any help!

You have to remove the radio from the bike.
Once you have it out you peel back or flip over the
rubber weather seal, there are some screws to be removed
then you have to pop off gently the plastic tangs.

The LCD section is connected to the faceplate,

JMO I'd try and cut it down to size, use some paper
to trace gently on the faceplate and get the size and
transfer to the stuff you want to put on.

I would be careful with a sharp razor or exacto
on that screen...
