Question cb radio tech questions

Im not sure if this is the rite spot for this but here we go.

1. Anyone know the standing wave ratio (swr) is on the 13 RGU from the factory ?

2. If the SWR is high, can it be lowered?

I plan on doing alot of cb use with freinds.

Thankyou for any replys

I'm sure that the factory sets a general SWR on the Ultra models when assembled.
If you have an SWR meter, you can adjust it. You will use the SWR meter off of the radio.
But Harley uses a smaller cable connector than the standard PL259 connector.
The antenna is adjusted up or down the screw base and locked in place with the locking allen in the base of the antenna.
The models with the antenna mounted by the Saddlebag have an adjustment on the base of the antenna.
The Lock nut adjusts the antenna mount up and down on the base to adjust the SWR.
