Help me identify this part...

Found this in one of my boxes. I'm thinking it has something to do with the intake but not sure. Please help me identify this part/kit.

At first glance it looks like hard ware from the stock air cleaner. do you have an aftermarket air cleaner ?

I've had a few air cleaners but don't know what I'd be doing with a brand new kit for a stock air cleaner. Thanks.

Might be for a HD aftermarket a/c as well.according to a quick google search,it appears to be for an 08 and up touring air cleaner.

The part number refers to the gasket on the backing plate that attaches to the throttle body. The bolts, with O rings go though the backing plate and accept the screws that attach the air filter.
Looks like a few different parts that came in a stage 1 Harley air filter set up.
