Trickle Charger?

What kind and type of Trickle Charger do you recommend and who should I buy it from? Also, should I leave the battery in my bike which is in an un heated garage for the winter or should I bring the battery in the house on the trickle charger for the winter? Just wondering from New England?

Battery Tender. You can buy them at most dealers.... Walmart even has them.

Leave the battery in the bike.

I second the use of Battery Tender. Use the pig tails and leave it on your bike.

Battery tender and leave the battery in the bike. My 2012 came with a plugin already installed on the right side of the bike.

Battery Tender, I own several and there is nothing better IMO, Chapperall (sp) Motorsports in CA has/had them on sale for about $22.00, I just ordered a couple more, cant get them much cheaper than that.

Votes 5-10 for the Battery Tender(I get 5 votes because I own 5 of them).

I got just short of 10 years out of the battery in my '01 Ultra Classic using the Battery Tender, now I have them on everything I own with a battery, except the 2 vehicles we drive daily. Sure is nice to never have to wonder about a battery.

I have several of the Battery Tender Jr.'s - I use them for a number of different batteries. For my RG, I leave the battery on the bike, and have the pig tails permanently installed so I just plug it in.
