Broken Bracket for bag

I'm a new Road Glide Owner... Used 2009 RG

Anything to this bracket being welded? I just noticed this tonight.. 10k miles on the bike, no other signs of damage.

If it's a good solid weld, with good penetration, I wouldn't worry about it.

Had that break happen on both sides of my 2001 RG and I welded both of them just like the one in your picture. Bag's hides it so just as long as it's a good weld, who cares what it looks like.

A buddy of mine had the same issue, after a quality weld he had no more issues.
