Weird vibration, hop and sway. Help!

OK, I have a 2012 FLTRU. I can run her with no problems, 1st through 6th peg the needle out.
Problem only shows itself when I'm just highway cruising. By this I mean normal riding, once I hit 5th gear (70mph) with just 1/4 throttle on holding steady. I'll start to feel a heavy vibration at first. Then it's almost like running over a mid size speed every so often. Even if i throttle a little more to get to 85 mph it does it (never push pass that). Now the kicker to all this is i feel it more in my highway pegs on my crash bar. Not as heavy on my floorboards (more of a rumble strip on floorboards).
As for the sway that happens during this time too. It feels more like my front wheel is sliding back and forth on the axle just every so often(as if there is play between the forks). Don't feel sway while cornering either side. I do get the vibrations like a grind a little as i throttle through. I've gone through the forks there's no play. I did switch to Shinko 777's I've got close to 3k miles on them. Doesn't appear to be cupping. I've even played with air pressure on them. Rear wall calls for 49 psi (I've put it 42 to 49) front say 42 psi ( I've gone from 37 to 42). Both wheels have been balanced and weighted. None of the weights are missing. I believe the bearings where change when I had them put on (still oem wheels).
Vibration and hop i believe is with in the motor. I've climbed to 80 mph and just held the clutch. No, vibration or hop letting it coast down to 65 mph.
Things that was done by my mechanic over the winter. Baker compensator w/ additude adjuster, Andrew 54h cams, 12" TBW Road 6 Customs Holey Roller handlebars, Ohlins S36E Standard Series Rear*emulsion 12.25" (replaced 13" oem air shocks)
I just got wheels from a friend that came off his 2017 RG custom that I'll be replacing this weekend front and rear. I'll put new bearings on those.
Any ideas as what else to look at for this?
Thanks.

Good possibility that you have a bad wheel bearing, you said that you "THINK" the wheel bearings were replaced. You can usually tell if a wheel bearing is bad if you backup the bike with the engine OFF and you hear a grinding or clicking noise. There is also a bearing in the rear pulley which most people ignore or don't even know is there and that could be a problem as well.

i would stop chasing unicorns until after you put the new wheels on. you may find that the problem was something in your old wheels/tires and is not a problem any longer.

now, if after you replace your wheels and you still have this problem, then further investigation is warranted.

I understand the concept of reality, but find it too confining for a way of life.
