Its all good. I spoke with my PC. He did media blast and pre heat the parts prior to powder coating. All my parts turned out great except for the dash, in which the chrome bubbled up, not the powder coating.
He doesnt have a good enough Sand blaster to completely remove the chrome, so for an additional fee will take it to a Chrome plater he works with and has the Chrome parts dipped in acid to remove the chrome.
I also found out he has an industrial solution that can remove all the powder coating in about 5 minutes. I just didnt want to have to drive the 3 hour round trip to take it back to him.
im satisfied, and for the price I paid for all my parts, I cant complain at all.
I still have my stock chrome dash on my bike,( it was an extra one I bought that got messed up) and I may send it to get the chrome removed first, and then Powder Coated.
thanks again guys! Cant wait to get my bike put back together, with all the winter mods, and start riding. Soon! Very Soon!
