Glad you made it safe Tim. I was gonna say something about all the weight you were putting on but my wife said that would be rude. Seriously though, it was good to meet you. Next time you can lead through the twisties.

Made it home at 11 last night....615 miles. Rode most of it with Dougnut and Hellbender except for a real tasty detour across 50 in W. Va.(thanks WV-Glide).
Bike in shop for a couple of glitches that occurred on the way home.

Thanks to Chris, Peter and all those that worked so hard to make this such an enjoyable weekend!

Jeanette and I are in NH. Rode the Kancamagus Highway yesterday from Conway to Lincoln. Sitting in Waterville Valley. Have always liked NH. Plan on being home on Sunday the 24th.
What a great time we had at Shark Week. Chris, you have set the standard, and hope I can come close to your achievement on Shark Week. Looking forward to everyone coming Iowa/Illinois next year.

Stopped for gas just north of Charleston and it went into limp mode. Thankfully it cleared itself up in about 15 minutes and ran fine the rest of the way home. Also I had oil coming out somewhere. Where it was on the bike it seemed the only place it could be coming from is either the oil cooler or filter.

Thats the second time it's went into limp mode. Last time (at about 900 miles) they found nothing wrong and greased the ecm connectors with dialectic grease. They said the MOCO has a fix for it but if it shows no codes they can't replace anything. A friend of mine bought a new ultra classic about a month ago and hers is in the shop for the same thing.

I had the same problem with my RGC.... it took 3 visits to the shop before they got it fixed. The bike only had 400 miles on it the first time.... needless to say I was pretty pissed.
