HD Heavy Breather install without fuel tuner?

Can I install an HD Heavy Breather on my 2017 Road Glide Special without also installing a fuel tuner? I have already installed Rinehart 4.5 inch slip-ons, keeping the cat.

It's going to flow more air with that breather which will lean the bike out. Yes you need to have the bike tuned.

I added slip ons and the se ventilator air cleaner. I used the new se tuner and stage 1 download. I think it runs well. The new intake moves a lot more air. I would not suggest adding an intake without a tuner.

No, the cats are in the pipe before the mufflers on the m8.

They moved the cat further back in the header, but it's still in the header.
