2 Into 1 Exhaust

I'm looking to get a 2 into 1 exhaust for my 12 Custom.
Wanted to hear from everyone what they recommend and why.
I wanted the Dragula 2 but I've emailed Frank and he won't have any available until late Fall, the earliest.
If the Dragula 2 is the best then I will just wait on it.
I've since considered the Bassani Road Rage, D&D Fat Cat and V&H Pro Pipe.
All suggestions are welcome.
Thanks to everyone, in advance.

I have the dragula 2 on my 16 rgu and love it. I had the dragula 1 on my 12' custom and liked it as well. But the dnd does sound mean.

I had the dragula 2 on my 2012. Great pipe, great quality and great sound. Followed a buddy of mine last month on a 2.5 day ride who just put a d&d fatcat on his ultra. I don't know the different baffles but his was not the loudest. Great sounding pipe. I would seriously consider the d&d if doing it again.

Love the V&H 2in1 pro pipe. instant increase in horse power, sound and feel. That being said Also did the cams and air cleaner at the same time with SE pro tuner so coming from stock I couldn't be happier. I've only read about Dragula's but never read anything to the negative about them. Anyone whose gone with them seemed very happy as I am with V&H. I don't think you can go wrong either way. Good Luck, ride fast take chances !

IMO all three listed make good products.

I've been a Vance & Hines fan for many years.

They have always been Top on my list for full exhausts setups.

They make a great 2-1 setup.

I also really like the Bassani pipes.

For the overall best performance, the 2-1 is the best way to go.

Cams and A tuner and a good air system and it will put a smile on your face.

Good luck on your selection.

I'll be waiting to see what you ended up with.

Thanks to All that have replied.
My Glide already has a Thundermax Tuner, Heavy Breather Filter and Andrews 57H Cam. She runs real great now.
I'm just looking to change up from the Drago's True Duals to a Great 2 into 1 exhaust.
I've been listening to "The You Tube" to see if there's one that really catches my attention.
Thanks, once again, to Everyone.

Personally I would go VH pro pipe or DD Fat Cat. If you want something shorter, the Freedom Performance setup is also a really cool look. It is loud though.

2/1 yields more performance and tunes easier. Personally I like the look of 2/2.

My setup is the VH Power header with Hi-Output Slip Ons. The Output is basically almost identical to the ProPipe. I'll warn you though. Pro pipes and comp style slip ons are loud. If you wear half helmets it won't bother you much, but with my modular/full face helmets I wear ear plugs for anything over an hour. The drone drives me mad without them.

Best,
Nick

I waited 2 months for my Drago 2. My tuner suggested it and I'm glad he did. It is pretty cool when going down the interstate its very mild mannered. Not quiet but a low mellow sound that I can listen to all day. Jump on it and it wakes up and everyone around knows it. Around here you I haven't seen anyone else with it, Im sure I'm not the only one around but I haven't seen another around here. Couple guys I ride with have the fat cat. Great sound, very different than the Drago. They both make good numbers on the drum. Cant go wrong with either one of those 2

This is what Im running. Doesn't have the rasp sound that the D&D has but makes excellent power for less money. Ive got 10k miles on mine and they look new. They are a 5 step header system. Oh and yes they are loud at throttle but tone down at cruise.

I've been doing a lot of searching on pipes lately. I don't mind waiting for Frank's Dragula 2.
I looked into the Freedom Performance 2 into 1 but they only make it in a down slash cut which I didn't care for.
I'm leaning towards the Bassani Road Rage B4 Megaphone. I like the way they are made so you can remove the transmission cover without temoving the exhaust. I also like the way it sounds on The You Tube.
I'll be doing more research before I make a final decision.
Thanks again to All that have replied.
I appreciate the feed back.
I'll keep everyone posted on my final decision.
