Fullsac recore kit - NO ship to CA

Meant to say, "RE-CORE KIT".

So how the heck do I get these?

Been thinking about getting a used set of stock slipons and modifying them, that way I can reinstall the stock ones if I need to.

Also wondering if anyone has done this and what the results were.

Too bad they don't ship to California.

Folks in California have 3 choices to get Fullsac.

1. Visit Steve in Lake Havasu.
2. Have Fullsac shipped to a family member/Friend in another state ands then send to you.
3. Find a preowned set on one of the forums, Craig's list., etc. I know here is a set on CVOHarley & HD FORUM right now or was a couple days ago.

*** However the case you get them, they are WELL WORTH the trouble.

2.0" or 2.25"? Which is louder? Or sounds better?

Don't have any info on your bike or motor size.

The larger the baffle, the louder the sound.

1.75"- a tad louder then stock.
2.00"- Best for Performance, louder then above.
2.25"-Better for bigger motors, louder then above.

I have a 107, it's a 2018 Road Glide Special. The 2.0" sounds like it should work. You think the 2.25 would be too big?

it would work, but you'd be giving up some performance for the sake of sound.

steve has done some dyne testing on the recores, the 2.0 seem to be the best performers, but the 1.75 are slightly quieter, while the 2.25 are slightly louder.

now i do have to ask a question here, are you looking at the 'oem recore kit' or the cvo power cores? if the oem recore kit, then your only options are 2.0 and 2.25.

I understand the concept of reality, but find it too confining for a way of life.

Exactly what scratch posted above.

I have the 2.00", 2.25" and the 2.50" (Steve no longer makes these) CVO baffles. Out of these I really liked the 2.25" baffles the best. But I also had a bigger motor.

JMHO, the CVO 4.00" pipes look real good on any bike. IF you're gonna keep your stock Header, your not gonna get the true sound anyways due to the cat. I totally understand keeping it due to the warranty.

Something to keep in mind.
