Bolt/Mount exposed after install of V&H Pro Pipe

I had a V&H Pro Pipe installed and after just looking over and drooling over my bike in the garage, I noticed this mount that is just hanging out.... is this a threaded bolt from the original exhaust mount that just isn't utilized? Anyone else who's installed the Pro Pipe have the same?

I just checked my bike with the stock exhaust still on and its the bolt where you hang the exhaust clamp onto and fasten with a nut. Maybe you can unscrew it and keep it if you ever go back to stock.

Just put a long black acorn nut on it and call it a day. Might need a spacer or two but that's easy.

I assumed it was just from the stock exhaust, however I wanted to triple check and make sure. Certainly sticks out like a sore thumb now that I've noticed it!! Thanks for the input gentleman!!!

That's bizarre, I'll have to check that out on my bike once I get it out from storage. I never noticed that before. I would think I'd have seen it but now I'm curious. I also have the V&H 2in1 Pro Pipe.
