Black fishtails - pics please
I currently have knockoff CFR 4” megaphones on my 18 RGS. Have recently been thinking about switching to black fishtails. Anyone have any pics? Anyone have them and care to comment on the sound or lack there of? Still running the cat in the headpipe and a high flow air cleaner.

Sorry, can't help you out with the info you seek. However, I would like to see what you get as responses. I have always been a fan of Fishtails, but don't know much of anything about them sound or performance wise.

I haven’t had much luck finding any decent pics. May just buy some. Lol. Then I’ll have pics and can post them for others.

It'll be interesting to see if anyone runs them now. Honestly, I don't think I've ever seen fishtails that weren't chromed, except for some antique bike applications. Good luck, and let us know how you make out.

Those are nice looking. Always like the fishtails. I'm a sucker for old bikes though. One of these days, I want an old mid 40s fla. Love the lines on those. Just want to ride one. I'd be a happy camper. Anyone have one willing to show me how?

Thanks for the link. Those do look good and I think the with stretched bags of the Specials, they would look even better. Got it stuck in my head that a Shark should have fins. Lol. May just have to buy a set and find out.

I had fishtails on my 82 FLT years ago - loved the look - but my shins hurt just thinking about them..
