V&H - Impressed
I have to say I am impressed with V&H's. I have both their exhaust system and the FuelPak on my bike and ran into an issue with the FuelPak. It was doing an update and I was not paying attention and turned off the bike. The FuelPak got stuck in a forever loop of trying to update. I called V&H and told them that I am a dumb-ass and they sent me a new one....just like that....no questions asked. In this day in age, I am so impressed and cannot say how much it was appreciated. I will do as much business as I can with these guys!!!

Just wanted to give props to great customer service. WTG V&H!

I try to get V&H stuff as much as possible. They've done me right a number of times. Last one was when they sent me a new filter for the one that cracked the 8 year old VO2 intake on my Dyna for free.
