Rayzer Python pipe buyer beware!!!

I purchased a Rayzer python exhaust 2 into one black at the first of riding season this year....couldnt get the pipe tuned at all without popping ... tried several times...was positive that i didnt pinch a gasket when i put it on...riding season has been over for awhile here in canada and it time to tweak a few things...i took the heat shields off the pipe to see if i could adjust the angle of the pipe for some stretched side covers and discovered that one of the welds on the pipe wasnt even on the seam...this is by far one of the worst welds i have ever seen...this pipe cost me well over 1000 canadian ...i message d rayzer about this issue a couple weeks ago and they wont even reply...i realise mistkes happen but you gotta make them right...i will never order from these guys again....beware of garbage product from RAYZER PYTHON!!!!!

Damn man, that sucks. I'm sorry to hear that you went through months of issues and trouble shooting for nothing. Hopefully now that it's winter, you can take the pipe off, correct the crappy weld and solve your popping.

yikes. Sorry to hear about that. Yeah, that's a mess for sure. Good luck. I honestly haven't heard of them until now. I'll stick with my Cobra pipes.

Yours is not the first complaint I've seen and every time it's the welds and customer service not responding. Or if they do. Its basically a tough shit story.

A guy with a welder that doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. Thats how you end up with that.
Sorry that you have to deal with it. Glad you put it out there for everyone to see.
Local welding shop will have no issue fixing it, but you shouldn't have to go thru that. Bad deal

Damn dude! As someone who made a living as a UA Steamfitter/Welder for 35+ yrs, that's just sad. Then add in the fact the hassles you endured plus the coins you dropped.
As was mentioned, not the FIRST time I have heard complaints about their products
Wish you were close by so I could correct the pipe...…

Good Luck

When you see a good weld it's like a work of art. That weld job on that pipe straight up looks like shit. Whoever let's that kind of work out their door should be out of business. Just my $.02. Sorry to hear of your misfortune on this. Who sold you the pipe? If it's a reputable business they should want to make it right for you as technically they were sold a defective product first to sell to you. Good luck!

It looks like it was mig welded with the spatter all over the pipes, and welded on the cold side by the look of the welds. With those welds exposed i would think they would have tig welded it for a better appearance. It looks like they were in a hurry to finish the pipe.
