Header shopping

Iv always been a fan of the V&H power dual headers with the crossover, but would like to get some opinions on what people think to see if their is anything else newer and better out there now.

I also have the Rhinehart 4.5 Motopro mufflers, that I will be coupling it with.

So far. I think I'm between the Slimline duals header. The Kuryakyn header and the Rinehart 2-1 full exhaust. Unless I can get a quiet baffle for the Bassani B4 2-1

It all about what you want. Some people want a certain look. Some want a certain sound. Other just want noise, high dbs off the scale.

Personally, I like that stealth look. Chase the hp, but keep it under the oem shields. So for me its an jackpot x-pipe, a full sized cross under and a set of 4.5 High Outputs.

If money was no object, then I think I'd run a stainless pipe. Sectioned, not bent. Something with about 30 seams in it all polished up. Pure Tig porn.

I'd encourage you to take a look at the Bassani 2x2 Dual Headers...they are a great performing header but since they utilize the OE heat shields, they are the fraction of the cost of most other dual header upgrades.

Hope this helps!

I think thermodyne hit the nail on the head, it's what you want. I wrestled with this for quite some time and ended up recently going with the PD's. They look and sound great only problem here is the snow on the ground!
