Does anyone make a adapter to allow older slip ons to work on a 2018 RoadGlide Ultra

Good morning all..
I have a very nice set of V&H harley touring ovals and i want to use them on my 2018 shark...but when they changed the exhaust setup and moved the cat to the right side they changed the diameter... a great friend of mine told me there was a adapter you could buy to make the pre 2017 slip ons work.. but I have had no luck and was hoping someone here has heard of this and can tell me where I can find one...
thanks for your attention and have a blessed day

Harry

CAT has always been on the right side they just changed how big the CAT is and changed the exhaust. I fail to see how an adapter would work going from a much larger headpipe to the smaller slip-on. Sure someone can fabricate it but tuning and performance would be an issue. May even be an issue making everything fit right as far as length. Best bet would be to sell the slip-ons you have and put the money towards a used set that is actually made for your headpipe.

Pretty sure that S&S has a M8 head pipe that uses twinky cans.

Well now I guess that is an adapter that I would recommend. It just goes from the heads to the slip-ons.

I thought I had read that Frank at Dragos sells a headpipe that might accept twin cam cans.

Ya that M8 head pipe is all about making back pressure at low rpm. The angle on the crossover pretty much kills off the flow to the left side until the right side pressure is fairly high. That big inlet just packs the flow into the right can, even though the baffles are the same on both cans.
