Bought it and here's the good & bad of this pipe.........

THE BAD:
All hose clamps were thrown in the trash, cause that's what they are ! ($18 out of pocket for new clamps)
No install instructions, but a bag full of spacers, brackets, various size and length bolts, frustrating at first
Exhaust cap on this muffler is chrome and was blistered and pitted (They are sending me a replacement)

The GOOD:
Goes on great
Heat shields fit perfectly
Chrome finish on exposed areas is good
Mounts up solid (once you figure it out) and sounds great

I'd say it was a bargain at $350 delivered, looks great on the bike. Spoke to the tech's at Vance & Hines on fule mapping this pipe and was told it runs the same fuel map as a THUNDER HEADER on the V&H Fuel Pak.

I'm pleased with it........

Sorry but I can't answer that at this point as it's all assembled. Had I known earlier I could have measured the header end diameter for ya. If I was a betting man, I'd have to say no, all the manufactures have there own design and generally they don't fit with everybody else's, it keeps you coming back to them for replacement parts......................

Just a pic if anybody is interested in using this pipe. I was very pleased in the quality of the pipe and the heat shields. The hose clamps were another story.....LOL!!!!

I should add that they sent a replacement tip for the blistered chrome one that was on the pipe no questions ask.

Intrigued, but I have to wonder at that price what's the catch?

How is the performance? Since it was compared to a Thunderheader how does the sound compare?

Only time will tell. As for sound no where as loud as a T/Header, but does have a pleasant deep throaty sound. Performance wise, coming from OEM duals, big difference.
