K&N or HD oil filter

Which oil filter do you prefer K&N or HD? Is one better than the other?

I know everyone here is picky about their oil, are you just as picky about your oil filter?

K&N for me. Performance seems to be just as good and I really like the built in nut for easy removal !

If I had to pick between HD and K&N I would choose K&N for a few reasons, 2 of them being HD doesn't make oil filters, they put their name on them and charge you.... also I did use a few K&Ns and that 17mm nut on the end is very handy. I voted other, I forgot the exact brand, but I have one of the reuseable filters that you clean, plus provides extra cooling, I've had it for over a year now and have been very happy with it.

Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes.... well, actually I always feel like a nut. I've got 3 or 4 K&N filters lined up on the garage shelf. It's a good filter, and the easiest to remove/replace.

I would like to know the brand name of the one that you can clean and reuse and it helps with the oil cooling. I'd like to do a little research into that.

I paid close to $100 not $200, I probably would've thought long and hard on that, lol.
