Auto tune run with PV

I'm going to try my first auto tune this weekend. Question is, when doing an AT, can you turn the bike off, restart after a fillup for example and continue the AT or do you have to save the AT run before turning the bike off?

I turn my bike off while tuning. I have to go back to the auto tune section and enable datalog again to see the hit counter.
