T max tuner questions. Dyno results

I was thinking today. If you had a base map loaded and ran auto tune a few times. Then hit the dyno for a tune. Will the numbers close before and after. Anyone did this?

The reason I got the T-max was so I didn't have to spend money on dyno tunes. If you know how to make timing changes and AFR changes and the bike is running good I would bet that there wouldn't be much difference.
