SE Heavy Breather install ?

I recently purchased a SE heavy breather and went to my local dealer to get a price on a flash for the ECM and they quoted me 5 hours labor (about $400 bucks) does this seem right???? Do I have any other options? Bike is a 2012 road glide ultra basically all stock except for SE slip on. Thanks in advance for your help.

My experience has been 1 hour for the AC and an additional hour for the download

Do you have a tuner to flash the ECM? The HD tuning software is available online, now. All you need to do if you have an HD tuner is purchase cables. Re-flash with a laptop. If you don't have a tuner they'll charge you for one.

Ouch,I installed my AC and had my ecm flashed at the dealer. Seems like it was about half an hour for the flash.

No tuner. I will install the AC. I just need flash the ECM. Will this REQUIRE a tuner or can I just have the ECM flashed?

Should run ok with a stage 1 download but a good dyno tune or autotuner would be required to get the most out of it
