Difference between SE Tuners

I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what the difference is between the Screaming Eagle Street Performance Tuner and the Pro Super Tuner? I have a 13 Ultra with a street stage IV kit and it has the Street Tuner. I also have an 08 Crossbones with a race stage IV kit and it has the Pro Super Tuner. Just curious about the difference.

I'm not a wrench, but I talked to mechanic yesterday that said the V & H tuners are the simplest for plug and play. I was asking about quality option that is not complicated. He said you can pull your iPhone out and tune it on the fly. Maybe this info will help you?

My understanding is that one is a full tuner and one is only for installing pre-built maps.

Is it true that they are married to a vin once they are used and can't be used on another bike? Sure are a lot of used se tuners on eBay for sale. I was wondering the difference myself.
