Help with power vision auto tune

I had my power vision for about a year, but only used it to download map from fuel moto. I hooked it up this weekend to my bike for auto tune. All mounted good, works as suppose to. But when I went to auto tune, I get error saying ecu connection failed. Not sure why or what that means. Also, my bike Stereo says" diagnostic mode, keyboard inactive", and prevents me from using my stereo. Anybody know anything about this?

I would give fuel moto a call, there customer support is excellent, great people to deal with, they will steer you in the right direction, good luck!

When all else fails, hell there is always beer!

Run/stop switch should be in the run position, or it can't read the ECU. While in programming mode the PV will lock the stereo, but only certain functions in the PV menu. Normal riding and auto-tuning will leave the stereo alone. It only happend during the I/O functions.
