I totally agree that Jamie at Fuel Moto is great but he told me to talk to guys at PC 5 company and they were of no help other than telling me what to try and then well it's gone. Want to buy another one? Each call was a waiting game like everytime I called it was " there are 11 callers in front of you!" Waited to talk to them usually 30 or more minutes at a time. Anyways I am gunshy of PC 5 so looking at other tuners. Sorry If you took what I was saying about Jamie. He is great.

I thought that FuelMoto doubled the PowerCommander Warranty to 2 years when purchased from FM? You did state that you purchased from FM???
I'm not bashing here;
I like Jamie, my friends and I have purchased and been happy with their products / services / support over the years, but I am puzzled why he told you to call DJ and did not handle your problem internally?
Have you spoken with Jamie since DJ blew you off? Is he aware of your ordeal with DJ?
I'm running the PC-V / Auto in the 117 and am very happy with it so far (1 year in service tomorrow, purchased from FM) but if it craps out in the next year or so, and I have to go through the ordeal that you have gone through, I too, would be gun shy regarding another DJ product. There are plenty of options out there.
FWIW; I (like probably all the rest) take these forums with a grain of salt. But they can be a valuable resource to us consumers in sharing feedback about different products / services.
