Adding new air cleaner, use tuner???

Ok so this is the deal. I have Vance and Hines Monster rounds with V+H headers, Dual dressers, a High flow air filter in a stock cleaner for my 2013 Road Glide. I am adding a Arlen Ness inverted air cleaner, I have a screaming eagle tuner when I had everything else put on. My question: I have been told both you need to have the download when you add the new cleaner and that I don't need it since I was running the high flow filter before. Any opinions???

Did the dealer already do a download when you had the other mods done?
If so I would say you will be fine, put on the air cleaner and ride the bike and see if it runs OK.
