Wide band O2 sensors

Anybody change out the O2 sensors and leave evrything else stock? What was the result?

My understanding of the factory ECM, is that it goes out of closed loop mode, above a certain point. Not sure if it's just RPM, or a combo of RPM, throttle position, etc... Don't think a wide band O2 sniffer would do anything meaningful, unless you went with an aftermarket ECM or add on, that can utilize the info?

Fcatory sensor has a 12 mm thread on 2010 and newer
Wide band sensor has 18mm and is much longer
will not fit
