PV with a PCV piggyback?

Does anyone know what this means? Can the PV work with the PCV? The electronics are making my head spin.

2011 Road Glide Ultra, Andrews 57H, VeeTwin Performance street port, Big Sucker Intake, Rhinehart 2/1 w 4" muffler, Power commander V, Paugcho 17" bars, Stock seat recovered with leather, Michelin Comander II 140/80B front, Yokohama Envigor 205/60/16 rear. It's better on the dark side.

It could, but why? No point in using a piggyback tuner when you have a flash tuner.

I'm just curious on how that would work? Or why someone would want to do that.

Sounds like somebody that knows a little about a couple things, but not enough about any one thing by itself, and that's
as far as I can go without getting in trouble.

2015 RGU CVO........under continuous change......
