FP settings for 551 Cams and ported and polished heads with over sized valves

I just took the dive for a set of ported and polished heads with the oversized valves. I already have the 551 Cams installed and high flow intake and exhaust. Question is, does anyone have a good map to use? I have a message in to V&H, but looking to see if anyone has BTDT, and has the map, and how they liked it.
will be running around 10.2 :1 comps.
I have the V&H digital Fuel pack installed.

SO what size is the heads hlow many cc are they what is the compression ratio

intake valve size 1.9 exh valve size 1.610 Increase intake volume +26% velocity +26% Exh +26% Velocity +34% at flow pressure of 28". Comp Ratio 10.15:1 with .030 gasket. This is running the stock piston.
I hope this will be a good match to the cams. According to what I learned, it should be. My lift is .575 gives me a volume of about 211 CFM on the intake side.
This next detail I don't understand, so maybe someone can enlighten me.
" Exhaust to intake flow ratio 83%".

I had a interesting string of E-mails to and from V&H. I told them my set up with the new heads, and asked for a new map. They provided it. BUT!! it is the same Map I currently have using the stock heads. I would think due to the increased flow on each stroke, that I'll be running leaner than before, or does the Computer simply adjust based on exhaust gas readings freom the O2 sensors? I thought I would need a whole new map, they confirmed no.

After getting some very helpful help on setting up my fuel pack on these forums, I was unable to get the bike to run smoothly enough for my likes. I was told that the FP just could not handle my mods, so I broke down and got the power vision 5, and downloaded, what looks like a very close match to my set up. (headers are different and mufflers are different.) (M15-011-102) I start the bike up for the first time using the new tuner, and the bike runs exactly the same. Rough through the entire range of RPM and popping at times while on throttle. Gonna pull the plugs in the morning and see if they are the issue, will probably just change them out to eliminate them from the equation. Plus I am going on a long ride on Sat, so some new plugs probably are not a bad idea. Other than the plugs, any other ideas as to why it is still doing this? I know I need to get it to the dyno shop now, but that cost money, and right now, buying all these extra parts have got me pretty broke, so Dyno will have to wait a month or two before I can afford it.

I feel your pain. I swapped exhaust and mine ran like shit. Was dyno'd for power duals with my cams and air intake. Went 2-1 python and ran like shit. Today crippled up and everything installed my Thundermax and let me say :-) dam I'm impressed even at idle Smooth and way more crisp throttle response
