Power Commander

I recently purchased a 09 with a power commander, true dual Rineharts, and a screaming eagle heavy breather air cleaner. I was cleaning the bike and noticed no O2 sensors were installed. Can someone please tell me why they have plugs and are not installed. Thanks.

Just a guess on my part, but could be that sensors were only put in for bikes shipping to California.

What if the Hokey-Pokey really is what it's all about?

Im assuming, that the person that installed the Power Commander did not reinstall the o2 sensors. They are not used with the power commander, in its most basic setup. On my 2011 reinstalled them into my new headpipes. but they are not hooked up to anything. I just wanted to be able to hook them up if power commander died and I needed to return to stock configuration.

Thanks for the info. I was just curious because my bike runs great and all. Just seen the plugs in the exhaust and the exposed O2 adapters.
