Power Commander V cables and software?

I have a 2010 FLTRX that I bought used in Dec. Once I got it home and started really digging into it I discovered a PCV under the seat. Score, right? The bike has a thunder header slip on, and runs great.

Then only issue is, it didn't come with any of the software or the cable, and I'm considering an exhaust change. Is the cable a standard USB type thing? Or something proprietary? Anybody every try replacing the cable or software? Thought I'd ask here before trying dynojet.

Thanks in advance,

Pastry

You will not need the cable or software if you take it to a shop that tunes Power Comandor. They will have the software already on tgere computer.

Cable is a USB with a mini or micro end for the PCV unit. You'll need the software from Dynojet if you want to play on your own. Call them...customer service there is great...800-992-4993.

Thanks for the help. I have about a dozen USB cables that look like that. I assume they are all the same...

Eventually I want an autotune module, so I do want to do this myself if possible.

It's the same cable that comes with all digital cameras. And yes, the software can be downloaded at the Dynojet website.
