Harley 103 ecm

Question.... When a person installs a powercomander 5 on their 2015 103 you disconect the o2 sensors then install the by pass plugs that tells the computer the o2 sensors are still there. However the ecm is looking to keep the bike at predetermined fuel ratios i am guessing 14.7.1 So does the ecm just stay with one map now thinking that the fuel ratios and timing are never changing based on engine load etc. And also is the ecm on these bikes gear calabrated like the pc5 or just maps the computer has. Basically i am wondering what inputs the ecm is using to build its fuel maps for the bike. Amd what pc5 is interrupting and able to change.
