Bought a 16 RGS and was wondering if theres a way to tell if the previous owner flashed the computer for pipes? Its definitely looks like stock ecm so maybe dealer flashed but who knows?

Your local dealership would most likely be able to tell you that.

I believe if dealership does any kind of work on a bike it is normally recorded under the serial number of the bike.

were just the mufflers changed? does it have a high-flo air cleaner? Headers changed out? if just the mufflers, most likely not, as it didn't need to be. But if the ac was changed and or headers as well, it should have been. (Well if it was someone that knew better.) Best way, to know for sure is to get a tuner, and get it tuned yourself. No worries.

I would've thought the dealer would have something in their system as well about it. However, it could have been done at an indy shop as well, so no record.

Better to play it safe assume they didn't and get a good tuner. Or risk running lean burning your valves up have your bike down and destroy your life have to sell your house and end up homeless

Coming from the automotive dealership world. The only thing that follows the vin would be warranty work. So best bet. Figure out which dealer and contact them.
