TTS or Power Vision?

Guys I have a 2018 CVO and I want to do a full exhaust and fuel controller. I'm torn between fullsac head pipe and recore the OE mufflers and doing a TTS turner. Or Fuelmoto head pipe CFR slip on and power vision tuner. Any advice?

SO...we are assuming you arent concerned about your powertrain warranty being voided?

Isnt that awesome machine fast enough? or is it sound you are after?...or?

The tuner, high risk
The headpipe, high risk

I "think" you can replace the mufflers without risk, and also without the need for a tuner...

If it is not a concern, then I would recommend the full fuel moto treatment (headpipe and muffs), and whatever tuner that your local dyno dude recommends..or if no dyno, whatever fuel moto recommends...

Good luck!

Nice ride!!!

CFR's are notorious for being poor performers. Fullsac has been very good at designing pipes that are proven performers.

I've had both tuners on different bikes in the past. I strongly recommend the TTS tuner. There is just way more of the ECM that is unlocked by the TTS. The TTS gives the owner and the tuner much more control over the bike than any other tuner. With the current TTS software it is easy to download a base tune and ride the bike while the tuner collects data to modify the map to your bike. (PV has some of this function as well)

I like that the TTS because simply remaps the ECM then then is unkooked and goes away with no add on hardware. If warrantee work is necessary you simply connect the laptop, run the TTS software and install the original map that is saved in the software and there is no evidence of changes ever being made. I have ran TTS for a long time without ever having any issues with. I've never run the Power Vision tuner so have no opinions on it ether way but, I know those who have do seem to like it.

No I'm not worried about the power train warranty. The bike has plenty of power I just want some more sound and I want to dump the cat.

Power Vision is also a flash tune that tunes you ECM directly, you do not need to leave anything connected on the bike. When you marry the unit to your bike it backs up the complete original calibration which can be easily restored at any time right with the Power Vision device. You also have a wide range of features with the PV touch screen; data logging, Auto Tune Basic, you can even make adjustments to the tune. For full tunability the Power Vision includes software which is very comprehensive and full featured for Windows based computers.

I actually spoke with you guys today and you were very helpful. I think I will take your advice and wait until you have some tunes ready for the 117.

I would recommend the TTS tuner with whatever headpiece and slip ons you decide to go with. I had the Fullsac 2-1-2 headpiece, CFR's and TTS. The bile ran great. Didn't have any torque dip and the sound was AWESOME. When I installed a cam, I noticed the headpipe had a crack in it and was out of warranty. I decided if I was going to have to spend that kinda bucks, I was going to finally try a 2-1 pipe as folks have always said you get the best performance from a 2-1.

I love the 2-1, cam and TTS. BUT I do miss the sound of the CFR's. If my headpiece didn't crack, I would still be running the Fullsac and CFR's. MY next bike will have CFR's installed.

Good luck on whatever option you decide on. Again, I think you can unlock more functions of the ECM with the TTS over the Power Vision.

My choice is the TTS tuner, Fullsac head pipe, fullsac 2.25 baffles with the tech mat and screens. I have run this set up on five CVO's now. My 13 CVO King with the 117 has this set up and a bit more, 138.5 HP and 140 torque.

I have the Fullsac M8 head pipe in my garage now, and the TTS tuner, will install very soon. I already have the 2.25 baffles in the mufflers with the mat and screens.

Dave do you know if the air filter in our bike is just a paper filter? It does not look like a high flow air filter. The replacement in the Harley catalog is purple. This would make sense why the bike does not need a tuner stock.
