Pc5

Hey fella's, considering cams, lifters and adjustable pushrods for my '12 glide, 16k miles and have SE chisel extreme intake, Cobra power port duals and CVO cans with Fullsac baffles and PC5. Had T-Man quote me with TTS install since his shop is 1/8 mile from the house, just want to know opinions on PV vs TTS vs PC5. I understand the first too actually changes factory maps and PC5 just manipulates factory map between ECU and FI system. I guess since I'm not trying to win a race is the PC5 still an adequate tuner, will I really tell a difference if ALL 3 were tuned correctly. Anyone that has actually used PC5 and one or both of the others and results. Thanks as always...T

I just got a PC5 and am looking forward to some responses as well.
I chose it over the FP3 because it supports future upgrades (Stage 2, 3, etc) and it was a couple hundo's cheaper than the PowerVision.
TIA fellas.

I think the power vision in the right hands is more versatile. If you are that close to that shop, I would do exactly what he suggests reguardless of the price.

NCRG12, on my 2012 RGC , I did the S&S MR103 cam, S&S adjustable push rods , V&H power duals , V&H twin slash slip-ons , V&H Drak A/C , & FP3 , after about six months trying to autotune using the FP3, and numerous calls to Vance and Hines customer service ( which was great by the way ) , I just could not get it tuned properly. I read about docs performance tuning in Minneola Florida ( north of Orlando ) . He is one of the top tuners in the country. He would only use the TTS. So after fixing my O2 sensors, installing the TTS, and a full Dyno , it ran amazing ( 100 HP & 110 TQ ) ! The best thousand $1000 Iíve ever spent on the Shark . I am not sure if he is a dealer for TTS, or if he uses it because it is the best. Give him a call . would be more than happy to point you in the right direction. Also , you should ask your local tuner , which unit he recommends .

Thank you for the post CaptTom...might just go with TTS like T-Man recommends but sure would like to know how competent the PC5 still is or isn't...
