what year and model bike?
are there other mods you're planning, or other reason for getting "larger" injectors?

I would absolutely think tuning will be necessary.

I'm about to order a 107 kit, not sure on what cam I want for yet, and level C fuel Moto heads. I've seen dynos with is set up from FM with 124hp and 130tq. This seems like a lot for stock injectors, which is what they used. Just wondering if I should replace the injectors now or roll the dice and risk having to Dyno it again later on. I'm blowing my hole wad on this set u so if I have to get injectors now I'm gonna have to bust out that trusty ol Harley Visa credit card they give you when you buy a bike. I don't like doing that. Haha

if they're getting that kind of result from a stock injector i'd go with it.
i couldn't find a dyno chart for that upgrade on their website, but they have a 50mm throttle body available.
you can always add it later, but i doubt you'd get much more.
did you ask FM what they thought? they're the ones that have to deliver.
a good dyno tune should be part of the package. it's results that matter, right?

that was a before and after comparison. they don't give all the info for the built engine.
if they guarantee those numbers i'd drop off the bike and let 'em have at it.
dyno numbers can be fudged. the proof is in the pudding.

If you go with bigger injectors you will need the 58mm throttle body. IMO you will get better performance with the stock injectors and TB especially on the low rpm power band. I had a 103 big bore stage 4 in my bike with the 58mm TB and the bigger injectors and I wasn't happy with the set up so I went back to the stock setup. JMO

Talked to Bob at FM today. Think I'm going to go with the 107 standard kit, TW-9996A cams, level be heads and leave the stock injectors and TB
