I ran two Auto tunes on mine but then I felt it was still running a bit lean in the 2200 to 2700 RPM range so I went into quick tune and did a fuel enrichment of 8% in the mid range and a little less on the low and high end and WHOA! did this shark come to life. Runs perfect now , did add a little fuel on decal to cure an pop once in a while. Very happy with the results. I am running a 96 inch motor with 525 Feuling cams by the way.

When all else fails, hell there is always beer!

Now the question is.... Should I mess with perfection and run the Auto tune basic or just leave well enough alone ? Can auto tune actually make the map worse ? Any input is appreciated.
I must be the only one out there that had a pretty good running ‘15 Rushmore with canned maps from FM, ( second map when I put in cams).
When it was in stock configuration and when I put in cams I tried improving it by doing those goofy auto tune sessions.
I followed the instructions to the letter and every upload of my new numbers it ran a smidge worse.
Reverted back to their “as delivered maps” and it perked up and was way smoother.
Then bring on my new M8 and holy cow, with the SEPST it’s unbelievable.
