Thunderheader Stage 1 "needs"?

Thinking about doing a stage 1 with a Thunderheader after I take delivery and put some miles on the 2013 RGU. I know that these pipes are really hard to tune. My Dyna always had popping on decel and I would just give it a tiny, tiny bit of throttle and it would stop. I would be willing to bet that the bike was never tuned on a dyno.

What would be the best air cleaner and tuner to use for that pipe? Should I absolutely have it dyno tuned? Or is there any way to get all of this stuff on in the garage and it be okay for some miles?

Does anything here affect my warranty on the motor?

Kind of a shotgun question. I searched very little on this.

Focusing on fuel management, not necessarily the exhaust. I just want to know what the proffered tuner for that specific exhaust would be.

Any good tuner will work well with those pipes, ie cobra, powervision, PC5 etc. If your just doing the pipe and leaving the AC stock than you don't really "have" to do anything. If you change both the ac and pipes than you need to throw a tuner on there or get it mapped.

None of those changes affect your warranty.
