Power Commander install/remove

My new Power Vision from Fuel Moto is coming in today (finally) and need to pull the PCV. Do I have to pull the main fuse before I disconnect the PCV, or can I just pull it with the ignition off?

Thanks

It's a good idea to pull the fuse anytime you are working with the ECM.

It is a good idea to pull the main fuse when working anything electrical, except the starter. To work on the starter, you MUST pull the battery connections, both of them. The Plus cable goes directly from the battery to the starter motor, and from there to the rest of the electrical system.

In theory, Theory and Reality are the same. In reality, they are different.
