Tuning

So I have after market slip ons and want to get new header pipes and air cleaner. Dealer says I'll need to dyno and tune which would cost well over 700 bucks. Is this true? Or can you go the tuner route I.e. Power commander or fuel moto route instead? I just don't wanna blow any more money than I need to

To get the most out of what you have and to have the bike run well nothing beats a good tune from a good tuner. The auto tune with wide band sensors will cost you more than $700.
