Mustang Vintage Super Solo (#79446) is awesome!

Just picked up a Mustang Vintage Super Solo (79446) with the backrest and it's awesome! I had a Saddlemen Road Sofa and it was terrible. Not sure why it didn't work for me but it was exhausting to ride on that. The Mustang is incredibly comfortable and the added backrest for an additional 140 bucks is great! I think I could ride this thing all day and dammit I'm gonna try! But seriously, if you're in the market for a solo seat, this is a winner for me. Got it at Direct Cycle Parts...no one can beat them, man.

I had the vintage solo on my SG. It was good for about 100 miles then my ass was done. I have the saddleman solo now. It sucks too. If I'm going out all day my hammock goes on.

Glad ya like it. Got any pics?

Same seat I have with the passenger pillion. Once it's broken in you're good!! It does take a bit, seen more than one get rid of before that happens..thats how I got mine!! I had the 15" version, then upgraded...so comfy now I dont even think about it..I just ride...Have an airhawk for the BSR for the long trip she needs it...

If you love your freedom, thank a Vet!!

I have this seat also. It is a great seat. No more squirmin around in the saddle. However, you must have patience. And take time to break it in.

I have this seat with the backrest. I have over 4,000 miles on it. The only way I would give it up is if it is pried from under my cold dead ass. Great seat. Also I will never again ride without a backrest.

I just put this seat on my 16 RGS and I really like it! Very happy I paid the price of admission.
