Ultimate Seats?

Ultimate seats is on the Forum as a sponsor. I was wondering what people's experience is with their seats? Any comparison to any others?

I would love to give them my business but would like to hear some feedback first.

Thanks.

Like mine a lot. Have a hammock seat for sale now. Not the coolest looking seat but it sure rides nice.

I called them last week and left a message. They haven't returned my call.
Customer service ?????. I hear they are excellent seats. Still hope to try the Tall Boy.

Not a good sign! The seats look great for comfort and support, hoping someone can give a detailed review.

A year ago last October I was at biketoberfest and went to their site and checked out a seat. They had one set up where you could sit on, it felt really nice, but kind a like you leaving a message I couldn't get anybody to help me so I left. From the short time I was checking out their seats, it seems like they make a good product.

Ultimate Seats

I have a solo one on my '12 and love it.
Doesn't push me forward and isn't taller than a stock seat, but way more comfortable.
Have had many 300-400 miles days on it since I installed it along with the back rest.
Backrest is easily adjustable while riding as well which is a plus in my book.
Fit and finish are spot on and I couldn't be happier with the seat.
Here is a pic of the seat on my bike.

I have one, but I honestly couldn't tell you much about it. It raises me up some and that's not really what I wanted. I've only used it for about 300 miles, like my Mustang a lot more.

I to have one, bought it in "15" when I went to Sturgis.
customer service was excellent for me I live in Alaska and first talked to a gal and asked many questions, she then had me talk to
a different guy for more information, the seat that I was looking to get was backordered at the time but he had a seat sent to me
from the factory in time for my trip.
I got the tallboy seat and back rest it does sit you up taller but with a 32 inseam was just right for me.
I liked it so much I bought a riders pillion to go with it in Sturgis.
For a seat that I rode on less then a 100 miles for a trip to the states says a lot for me.
I would buy from them again without question.

Mean City Cycles

I have had 2 seats modified by Mean City Cycles and am very happy. They take your current seat and rebuild it to your specifications and stay with you until it is right. Great customer service. I modified the seat on my 2016 RGS and kept the seat for the 2017 RGS. I had also purchased a sundowner seat with the 2016 and just had that modified for an upcoming 2,000 trip. Put 1,000 miles on it so far and it feels great. They can move you up, down, back or forward. You schedule a date and ship the seat to arrive by that date. They turn it around in 1 day. If you need it right away, you pay an extra $100 and they finish it the day it arrives. I was hesitant to buy another manufactured seat because it seems like such a crapshoot especially if it does not fit. I had flames stitched on the cover so all in was $400.
