Pleased with the comfort of the new Corbin seat. I ordered the classic solo with 50s style pillion. I should've got the touring pillion, but still happy with choice. The onky con so far is that it lifts me about an inch higher, meaning more wind and less reach to the ground. Overall though it's great seat.
I like Corbin - I had a Corbin-Gentry on a 73 KAW Z-1 back in the 70s and the longest 1 day ride I ever did was on a Corbin (93 Yamaha GTS 1000) - Salt Lake City to Atascadero Ca. on the 4rth of July in 1999.- They're firm but great seats.
I bought a Dual Tour heated, lightly used, and love it. The inch or so higher than my low touring seat is good for me (6’). And I actually like the change in riding posture. I feel better in control. I got a cheap back rest with it, but am thinking of that donut back rest too. I’ve never had one but I like the added support! How do you like yours? If you don’t, let’s talk!
