Finally Installed 660

Well nice weather for a few days, finally got around to installing my Zumo 660. Actually it was pretty easy.
Removed seat and tank
Removed speedo housing, drilled hole opposite side for a cable holder
Ran wires, made connection for Accessory plug
Plugged in, all works great mounted on my Iron Aces mount.

My only issue is trying to figure out how to angle the GPS down some for glare, thinking about a ram mount or shaving the spacers a little to angle it. If anyone has done either please post and explain, thanks.

I had a much cleaner mount, but I too had glare issues. I went back to a ram handlebar mount for the adjustability. Doesn't look as nice but I don't have the glare issues. For your particular situation, I think I have seen a low profile, tilting amps mount. Not sure if it was ram or another brand. Maybe that would let you still use the iron aces mount

I have a 660 on my Road King as well as my Road Glide. Roadtech on the glide. IMO the HD handlebar mount is the way to go as it offers boo koo versatility.
